What if your clients found you rather than you searching for them?

Have you ever wished your perfect clients would just “find you”? Call you up, email you or just sign-up and make the investment?

The first time in my life I wanted to find clients, I literally cold-called managers out of the phone book. And now I realize, I kind of tricked them into coming into our office to learn about joining our financial services company. 

When I was doing this, there was no social media, and my upline said this is how you get people on your team and new clients. So, I did it. It sucked! And the results sucked too.

Today, I do it differently. I do it by becoming more of the person who has clients rather than chasing them down.

Kate does it differently too. She talks about it in this interview. How she gets clients when she is doing the things she loves most. How cool is that? Kate makes money while she works out, meaning that when she works out, people sign-up and pay to work with her. Kate LOVES working out and it’s been her intention for a while to get paid to work out!

Then think about what it would be like if you could attract amazing clients by living your amazing life. Don’t try and figure out how. Simply sit in the possibility for a minute. 

Do you ever want to ask for something, but talk yourself out of it because you think it’s not possible?

You’re probably right. It’s not possible in your current reality because you don’t think it is. However, when you’re willing to STEP out of your current reality and allow yourself to step into the Future Reality you desire, dreams that once seemed impossible can come true.

This happened for Kate and she shares the story about 16 minutes into this episode. During her first workshop, Kate said she wanted to go on an amazing trip to Alaska. One of the things that would make it the most amazing is if her partner planned it. He never planned any trip they’d taken. At the time she scripted this, he also didn’t take vacations and close his office.

When I coached her to script the trip she really wanted, she told me her partner would never do anything like this. I told her to step into it and script it anyway.

Just a few short years later he brought it up and started planning the trip she had scripted all on his own. 

You don’t have to believe what you want is possible, you simply have to step into the person who has it. When you do that you open up that possibility portal and things start to shift in your current reality to help you line up with what you want.

You know that saying, “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life”? It’s awesome right? Find what you love and then it doesn’t feel like work. Except that then most people, I’ve also been guilty of this at times, start doing a whole bunch of things they don’t love in order to be able to do the thing they love and have it pay them. It starts to feel like a lot of work. 

But what if you really could do things that are fun, and make money? Kate is proof that is possible. In this interview she talks about how she made $5,000 in thirty days in her business. And instead of posting the right number of times on Instagram and making sure she was consistent with her podcast, etc, she worked out. She went on trips to ride her bike and started rowing challenges. 

If you listen you will hear her share how she was out doing what she loves, working out in some form or fashion, and when she was done, she’d open up her email to people paying her. 

It IS possible to do the things you love, and get paid. It can be easier than trying to come up with all the right things to say or making sure you have enough content for the week.

She came in like a bull in a china cabinet determined to change, while doing the same thing she’d always done. Go so fast to try and change that change doesn’t have space or opportunity to happen. 

Thankfully, Kate is coachable. She listened when I said slow down. As she continued in The Enchanted Circle, she continued to listen and slow down even more. This allowed the work she was doing in Manifest $10K to actually start to shift things up.

What if you don’t get what you want, but what you get is better?

It’s a “thing” that people are taught in LOA. It’ll be this, or something better.  What most people think that means is something like, “I want the Mercedes, or if it’s better I’ll get the Tesla.”

Better usually looks different than we think it’s going to. Sometimes it means not getting what you thought you wanted and sometimes it means you getting something you wouldn’t even allow yourself to want.
